OK... quite often i have no interest in what rusty does.... circuits and solder do not interest me at all..except where they involve our Tesla Coil Project... quite frequently though... i ask him what he's doing.. and i pretend to look interested so I at least TRY to take an interest in his life.... to be honest... the internal workings of my beloved electronic gadgets bore me dreadfully... Another example is the junkyard... while i try to look interested and be helpful... i have no idea what i'm doing once i get in there.. i HATE being relegated to wrench toting bolt holding hottie in the junkyard status... ( ok... so i'm not that good lookin'..but lemme tell ya... most of the people in said junkyards are UGGGGGLY adn i've been hit on so many times it's PATHETIC!!!!!) ANYWAY... long story short... he can drag me just about anywhere and I'll pretend to look interested.... i want him to watch ONE single race.... and he whines about being bored... He thinks I'm entertained by looking through junked cars for a part i probably couldn't identify????? If i tell him i'm not interested... he'll get offended... It's not that i don't want to learn about working as a mechanic... cause i do... but i just hate standing around.... If i can pretend to look interested.. why the hell can't he??
