hah, went to watch jennifer in 'the next wave 2006' by the nus dance ensemble last nite.

cant say i really enjoyed myself. probably becoz i din understand a single performance during the 2 hr event. at times, i did find myself looking forward to the 10 minute interval in order to exit from the auditorium and refresh myself. lol. like nic said, they cld have included a commentary or sth at the end of each dance to explain to lesser beings like us wad it meant and all tt, otherwise we would juz be wasting our money sitting thru the 2 hr show. think i really went juz to show support for a fren performing there.

tt said, it wasnt really tt bad a performance at all. kudos to jen and her fellow performers for being able to churn out move after move on stage and still keep a straight face even when at times the maneouvers performed seemed to be quite difficult and even painful, haha.

nuff said abt tt, went to holland v after the show with everyone else who was at the performance, namely, alvin, nic, gab and the girls. finally managed to see what wala's was like after hearing abt it all the time fr frens, tho i did not manage to go there since the company i was in wasnt interested in pubbing and wanted to go some coffee place for food and other non alcoholic drinks.

dance performance aside, i've finally gotten out of fucking hendon camp; received news tt i was being posted to oeti for armourer course (wtf? again?!) but also cant do a thing abt it. but i shld be glad tt at least im out of there and nt stuck doing guard duty every other day for 3 fucking weeks when the entire company's away in brunei. heng..

my last nite in hendon camp was quite memorable i guess. had a bbq at the jetty with the rest of the company. suppose to be a happy hr cum coy cohesion before the brunei trip but i guess no one really gave a fuck. coz the moment when the green light was given to start eating, everyone was jostling ard like its gg to be their last meal. haha.

bbq over, it was back to the parade sq to do a company cheer tt was to be filmed and presented to co and rsm as a farewell gift since they are handing over command soon. the cheer was conjured up by fok, our resident cheerleader and erh..girlyboy? it sounds so fucking stupid tt i dun want to talk abt it except tt i only mouthed the words so tt i wun look outside standing when the video is played.

yar ttz it, next week onwards im gg to be 8 to 5 liao. hooray!
