went to watch the 56/04 Officer Cadet School Commissioning Parade at SAFTI MI today. quite an eye-opener i muz say, coz they really make a great deal of the whole parade and ceremony.
i had gone to watch my secondary fren terence who was commissioning as a 2nd LT, but while there, i also saw one of my cat high and ncc seniors who had signed on with the air force commission as officer also.
well, the parade was pretty nice, but i was also bored to death most of the time due to the vast amount of procedures that they had to go through and all the funny songs that the commissioning OCTs had to sing. hah, made me think twice abt signing on with army in the near future, coz~ is this really the kind of life i wan to pursue for the rest of my years? i think not..since i hate taking orders from others, so the only way is to work hard and be my own towkay in the future. so if i do sign on, it'll be only short term, to save up for capital to start my own biz.
had wanted to go pub to drink and chill with terence and a few frens after the whole thing.. but thot better of it, since i knew i shld be studying for the upcoming exams, and then again..im ald broke, so why waste wad little money i have left? so ttz it, im back home again..gg to start mugging soon..heh.
