little miss Elizabeth Carolyn was born on Monday, April 17 at 9:24 am via c-section...she weighed in at 5 lbs 13 oz. and 17 1/4 inches long....she had a hard time regulating her body temperature, so she was stuck in an isolette for a few hours, and then she started regulating her own temp, so they let her out...she's breastfeeding like a pro...she's a huge pig...we came home yesterday after a 3 day hospital stay (too long in my opinion)....I'm not feeling too bad...just sore...but that's to be expected with a major abdominal surgery...I'm on a perscription of percacet, so that makes me feel a bit better...it's getting better day by day....I'll enclose some pictures of my cutie pie so you all can marvel in her wonder :) If you can't tell, and it's hard to online, she has red hair like mommy....she has my feet too...daddy's hands and chin.....but she looks like an exact clone of each of us.....it's amazing to just watch her...she loves to sleep with her feet up in the air and her arms waving around.....or curled up in a ball on your chest...she's the most precious thing in my life and I'm so glad I have her!!!!!! she doesn't fit in any of her clothes though...she's too tiny, so she swims in everything she wears....she's so damn adorable though....even in big clothes :) it's hard for me to be able to do much other than feed her, but I've changed quite a few diapers so far....Jim has done a wonderful job since the day she was born....since I can't do much, he does it all.....he loves her so much...he fights with me over holding her....lol....he's just so in love with her....and you can tell (I put a pic of him and her in here too...)

she is sooo cute...Congrats and good luck, u prolly have some long, sleepless night ahead. I am glad that everything went ok during the C-section and such, so many things can be wrong with little babies today, its sad. Anyway thanks for the pictures and have fun raising ur baby girl.

Aww How nice!! I'm so glad that everything worked out good, mucho congrats 2 U!!! otherwise..... brittybratty stated everything else I basically wanted 2 say or mention, craptastic :-p
