did i ever mention how wonderful my hubby is?? well, if i haven't..he's the best...yesterday was opening day for harry potter 4...and well, i wanted to go!! so i checked movie times before work, just to get a general idea..in case any of my friends from work wanted to do a lil 'movie date' ...jim comes up to my register and asks me if i have a change of clothes at home...well, duh, of course i do, since i live there....and i'm like, yeah, why? he's like...do you want to go out tonight..and i got all excited cuz i could tell by the mischevious look on his face what he was planning...i was like..can we go to the movies?? and he's like...maybe with this big smile on his face...and i'm like...can it be harry potter?? and he's like...yeah, i guessssss so...and i got so effin excited.....so work went by super fast..thank god...so he brought me an outfit to wear...i changed ...talked to a few of my friends before i left...then we went over to the movie theater at moosic...the cinemark...it was packed....we got up to the ticket stand.....all sold out until about 11 o'clock that night...i was PISSED!! thank god scranton is big and there's more theaters...so we went to the steamtown mall cinema...parked in the garage and went into the mall and out the front door....got to the stand...and jim reads this sign and says 'oh shit, they're sold out too' and i read it too, and it said 6:45 sold out...next showing 8 o'clock! i was like..no they're not :) so he gave me the money and i got the tickets..i was so excited i was about to leave without my change....the guy was like, ma'am...your change..i was like..oh, sorry, haha..and he started flirting with me like...sorry sweetie, but we don't accept tips....it's okay, he was hottttt anyway....so we walk back across the street and we walk around the mall a bit..we move our car near the main mall elevator so we can get out later...we talk to this couple about their cute little 11 month old daughter...as we fight over if ours is a boy or a girl...walk around the mall....go up to wendy's cuz we're both hungry as hell...he gets a cheeseburger..i get my baked potato....they're so much better at wendy's for some reason...maybe it's their sour cream...who knows??? admire this other cute little 21 month old little girl who just had professional pictures done...and go to the theater..get popcorn and a drink, and twizzlers of course...i go to the bathroom so i won't have to leave mid-movie...and go get our seats.....there were a few annoying teens in there, but for the most part, it was an okay atmosphere...toward the end of the movie someone started using their nextel walkie talkie...and some girl screamed "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!!!" ...everyone started laughing, except for me...i was annoyed...cuz i wanted to watch my movie dammit!! but the movie was so awesome!!! i won't ruin it for anyone, but there's a TON of hott men in this one...i was glad i had so many napkins for my greasy popcorn...they were damn fine...so jackie, if you read this...we better bring a lot of stuff for our movie date next week when we go see it together!!!!!!!!! they're EFFIN smokin!!! haha ....when we left the theater i saw one of my coworkers that i haven't saw in awhile..he's a cutie...he's 16, so i wouldn't touch him, but he's a good friend and a really nice kid...we talked for a bit..found out he watched harry potter too...small world..haha....

anyhoo....we told jim's parents wednesday night...not too upset, but not thrilled at the least...we're done with dinner and jims just like...dad...i. have something to tell you...chrissy's pregnant..that's why we've been hiding in my room all the time....and his dad just has this shocked "what the hell just happened" laugh...and then when it starts to sink in, he gets up and is like, i gotta go relax...shakes his head and walks downstairs into their little den thinggie...so jim goes to talk to him, and donna's telling me not to be upset...cuz she already had figured out...guess she looked at me from the side one day :-/ idk...anyhoo...this was a long enough entry..i'm so fucking excited to go home thursday...i get out of work at 12, so i can get all of our stuff packed and make up the cheese & cracker and the veggie platters that i'm taking..i'm going to bake my home made apple pies on wednesday after work...so they'll be ready...then we'll eat lunch with his parents, and then be on our way to my house :) haha..puts a new meaning to 'over the river and through the woods to grandfathers house we go' this year....since we go over the sesquehanna (spelling is so off there) river about 4 times, and go thru the woods on my road....and since he is gonna be a grandfather this year..haha...god i crack myself up...anyhoo..i guess it's gonna be a big bash at my house..since thanksgiving is held at my house this year...so that means 14 people, including dad, darene, me and jim....so i'm guessing kris, her boyfriend, randy, gavin, harlin...and who knows who else?? and anyone who knows my dining room table, even when it's extended with the leves...knows this will be a TIGHT fit...specially with a lefty and a pregnant woman..haha...anyway....i'm out...hope you didn't fall asleep reading this :)

oh yeah, p friggin s......we felt the baby move the other night...how exciting is that??? i guess i'm farther along than the dr. thought...cuz i can feel it when i relax and lay on my side in bed, and sometimes you can feel it when you press....it is sooo friggin exciting :)
