Edward and I celebrate our three year anniversary today. That's a really long time. But it hasn't felt that long... I suppose that's a good thing.
We're going to see Wall-E and then get sushi. We're both too broke to afford gifts for each other, but I'm going to see about getting him a little something today as a surprise.
In other news, I had my job interview. It went okay. It's a sales job, something I am definitely not interested in. I'll probably still take the job if they offer it to me though. My sister did some networking for me at a Fourth of July party and I'm sending my resume to another company that needs an office manager/person with marketing experience. That sounds better than sales to me.
I'll keep you all posted on everything. I need a job soon, Dagmar needs all his kitty shots.
I know what you mean. My girlfriend and I are coming up on ... 4 years I think. Either 3 or four. The very fact that I don't even know how long it's been is good. heh.
WALL-E is an awesome movie. Very good date movie too. Who knew robots could be romantic.

AWWW SCHMOODLE! Dave and I are somewhere on our way to the third year. Not that we'll do anything for it, which I'm alright with.
Of course, telling people around home that "oh, it's been about 2.5, 3 years", they expect that I have a kid or will get married soon.

I think a lot of it where I live is that people get into "relationships", end up pregnant after a month of knowing the person, and then get married.
As far as your statistic, it's soon, but I am perfectly alright not being a statistic.

heheh well...2.5 months after we met we were married spiritually, in March we were married legally...I can honestly say we may have done things a little quickly...but almost a yr later we're still going strong.
