quotes.
"Pain, you just have to ride it out, hope it goes away on its own, hope the wound that caused it heals. There are no solutions, no easy answers. You just breath deep and wait for it to subside. Most of the time pain can be managed, but sometimes the pain gets you where you least expect it. Hits way below the belt and doesn't let up. Pain, you just have to fight through, because the truth is you can't outrun it and life always makes more."

"Forgive and forget. That's what they say. It's good advice, but it's not very practical. When someone hurts us, we want to hurt them back. When someone wrongs us, we want to be right. Without forgiveness, old scores are never settled, old wombs never heal, and the most we can hope for is that one day we'll be lucky enough to forget."
just a TAD bit moody.

So yesterday was my high school's homecoming rally. I got to perform with the old drill team plus other alumni. Let's just say, it was really bad. But hey, it was all just fun and whatnot. It's pretty disappointing how poorly organized the whole getting everyone together and having actual practices or whatever. You'd assume that since you're the one asked to come back, that they'd be taking charge. Oh well besides that, the rally was a pretty good turnout. The alumni social wasn't all that bad either. Had some random ass conversations.. it was fun.

I took Angela home around 5ish then I went home too. I rented some movies at Blockbuster and watched some at home. I fell asleep around 10ish and Glacy called like at 11:45 and woke me up to go to Donjohn's to just hang.

So I left my house at midnight and Neil & Edward picked us up. We got to Donjohn's and saw Jonathan and met Dominique. We chilled and ate bbq in the backyard and watched Just Friends. Some people came over, then left. Then yeah.. it was just fun talking and hanging with those foos.

Donjohn took us home at 4AM and I knocked out right after. I woke up at 11 this morning and ended up doing nothing. I watched t.v. and cleaned the house a tad. Glacy called me and asked if i wanted to go to CI's homecoming dance with her and Dan, I said yeah, but I wasn't all up for dressing up. I wanted to just crash it, but whatevs. Turns out I couldn't go because when my parents got home my mom said my cousin is going to pick up my bed tomorrow. So that meant cleaning everything up and taking everything out of my drawers.

Yeah, so here's the thing. I've wanted a new bed for a while now since my stupid headboard thing attaches to drawers on each side. So it leaves me very little room space and space to actually rearrange my room. My bed & drawers have been in that exact spot since I wasn't even old enough to sleep in a real bed. So yeah, I needed a change.

My mom offered my bed to my cousin since she is moving into an apartment with her husband and baby so they won't have to buy a bed. What upsets me is that, when my cousin calls for it.. we just give it to her like that? Like seriously, I haven't even found a bed to buy and here they go just taking it when they're ready. They have a bed.. they can wait! So tomorrow I won't have a bed.. and I probably won't get one until 2-3 weeks from now. LAME.

Shouldn't it be if you're the one offering it, you should be the one to tell them when to get it and not the other way around?!

Seriously, WHEN IS IT MY TURN?! ya know.. for GOOD THINGS to actually happen?

dang unplanned events most def suck, and everyone should pick up slack, not let it fall through. sometimes things unfortunately don't work out that way due to lack of planning or motivation. ugh! sorry about your bed, that is lame. :o(
