re: thank you for your kind Kelly words! I think we may be getting through to him. Maybe not a lot, but a little bit.

I'll keep the hope factor in mind and try to have more of it but I mostly tell myself that I don't need hope because I'm 100% sure if I don't quit things will work out.

I hope we all end up like that shoe agent, that would be surprisingly wonderful.
