RE:TERMINATION OF GREEN BOOK ADVERTISING CONTRACT

PLS REFER TO OUR TELECONVERSATION THIS MORNING OF THE ABOVEMATTER, I WRITE TO YR COMPANY CONCERN TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
SOMETIMES IN JULY/AUG 98 WE SIGN THE CONTRACT WITH YR SALES REPREENTATIVE MR,ALEX AND WAS TOLD OUR INTERNET ADVISTISMENT WILL BE PUTTING BEFORE DECEMBER 98 IMMEDIATELY ON UPON SUBMISSION OF THE ARTWORK.
MISS TAN, WE SIGN THE CONTRACT BECAUSE WE WAS TOLD OF THE PUTING OUR INTERNET ADVERTISMENT BEFORE THE FESTIVE SEASONS AND WE PROJECTED THE REVENUE TO PAY FOR THIS ADVERTISING COST, UNFORTUNETELY WE ARE UNABLE TO HAS THE THE SALES REVENUE DUE TO YR COMPANY NEGELIENCE. YOU ARE ALSO AWARE THAT EACH OF OUR ADVERTISING BUDGET SOLELY RELY ON THE ADVERTISMENT AND WE ARE NOW OUT OF BUDGET IF YOU INIST THE CONTRACT TO ON. WE ALSO NOT HOLDING YOUR COMPANY ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE IT ONLY A VERBAL AGREEMENT AND WE HAD BASE ON YR COMPANY GOOD FAITH.
IN VIEW OF THIS UNFORTUNATE INCIDET AND PREVENTING FURTHER DISPUTES PLS TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE OR ALTERNATELY HAS U OTHER BETTER SOLUTION.
