I pretty much got everything done today that I wanted, with the exception of the mall trip, which will wait until next payday. I forgot that my cell bill was going to be higher than normal thanks to the activation fee. So the heels {that I decided on} can wait until I get paid again.

A new give/take situation arose this week and I'm going to take the deal. I have two credit cards that went to collections and I'm currently dealing with taking care of one; it'll be easier to do so once my car is paid off and I have that extra money each month, but the other one was just sitting there. I received a thing in the mail earlier in the week giving me some offers and one of them I can actually do. I'd rather pay just one chunk payment, but I don't think my next Sam's paycheck will be enough to cover the whole thing. I'll have to see. If not, then I can take advantage of the two chunk payments over the next month. I'll be about $500 short from what I wanted on my trip, but if I can get some debt taken care of now, that would be fantastic. As is, I only have about 10 car payments left. I'll be even more excited when I can count on one hand how many are {is?} left.

There's a definite chill to the air now. Fall doesn't officially start until Sunday, but a cold front moved in and the highs will be sitting in the 60s for the next week or so. It did get up to 73 today, which is still pretty warm for here, but it's cooled off about 10 degrees in the last couple hours. It rained for a little bit too, which will continue to happen off and on throughout the next week as well. Time to break out my jacket for work.

My boyfriend knows that birthdays are more important to me than him, so he does make an effort to make me feel special, which I appreciate.
