I woke up pissed off this morning. Not sure why, but its not the first time its happened and it won't be the last. But it didn't help my attitude at work today.

It was crazy busy today. I guess it had to make up for the last few days of weird slowness. We had an extra person during the day shift, but she didn't know how to do hardly anything. So while I was trying to do all my shit, I had to keep telling her and showing her how to do things and why she was doing them wrong and what to do to fix it. Now, I already don't have that much patience when I'm in a good mood, so you could imagine the complete lack of patience I had today.

This evening, we were short three people. All four of us from the day shift had to stay over into the night shift because of how busy we were {and how short-handed we were} Shit started to go wrong and people were starting to get all pissy. I had a short moment that I was actually smiling, laughing in a 'good mood' and that was when I was running the register and Gary and the other two pie people were acting all goofy. After that moment was over, my mood immendiately shifted back to umpleseant.

I'm still pissed off, but I'm a little better now that I'm home and have taken a shower. I have to work tomorrow night. Not only is it my day off, but I have to work at night. I hate working on my day off, but I really hate working at night. I'm just glad that I don't have to close. That's the only thing that would make this worse. Hopefully I'll only be there for a couple hours, maybe three, but no longer.

*sigh*

I don't really have anything else to say. I guess I'll write again whenever.

That's always the way that it seems to be. Of course on the nights when one has the least amount of patience possible is when customers act even more stupid and are more irritable and even more ready to cause issues. I feel for ya.

hahaha everyone seems to think that there was something behind it. Honestly...I usually have a ton of trouble thinking of a title and that just popped into my head. It seems to have maybe grabbed the attention of one or two readers. haha

I wake up angry every now and then.. maybe it was because I woke up at the wrong time. An extra hand for disaster.. I have a new workmate tomorrow, hope things turn out fine with her.
