I want to suggest a couple of things.

How about when replying to a note it adds what you're replying to as a quote?
example as if this had been done through notes:

How about giving people a sent box?

How about adding the time and date that someone's made a shout? There isn't any way for people to know how dead the topic he or she sees when going there.

The shoutbox's topics are never dead. Trust me. NEVER. No matter what it is. XD

I do agree with the sent box. Granted, it might take up a lot of space here and there. :/

Well I mention the shout box because there have been times where I've seen the same last shout within like 4 hours. Someone who hadn't seen it before might have thought it was new.

Does it matter? Everyone has their own opinions on a matter. They may bring up an interesting point. =] And it would be new, to them. ;D

When the last thing you see is Good morning or how is everyone then yeah it would be nice to know that the person who said it said it hours ago and probably isn't around anymore. :)

go to http://www.resize.it/ or have this option on the upload avatar option. this can help all the other guys who might want their images resized in a faster or simpler method. I tried it, it is actually cool.

Forum stats. I mean, I like the clean look we have now, but I kinda want something other forums have... statuses. Like if you never post you're a newbie or whatever. I know we had that in the old forum, way back when.
