And these people were lining up up early in the morning. If you, YTL sent an email to people like me, we thought, we were chosen for the tickets. We don't need a damn congratulatory email to inform us the redemption time and venue. We want to know if we got it or not. I'm going to express my disappointment to the sponsor.
