You're unsure if I am a loose end or a strand
that waits for you to mend or understand
A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness."
~ D.H. Lawrence

"Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?"

"Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost."
~ Seneca

"People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect."
~ Daydream Nation

"All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death."
~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes

"The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road."
~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita

"It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend."
~ William Blake

Here's another question
If someone came up to you on the street with a knife and demanded your wallet, what would you do?

Eating p-?
I thought you meant... the other thing at first. And when I read the thing about lizards, I almost fell out of my chair.

Cherry Lemon Sundrop is a soda. But, not only that, it's ALSO a NECTAR OF LIFE!

Re: Well, they had stayed and recovered some time after recuperating but they had pass out in a time frame from 30 - 60 minutes after. But more people pass out during the Autumn blood drive than the Spring one. Maybe it has something to do with the weather, it has been very cold lately.

That and.. there were a number of 1st time donors (newbies) this time around so they're probably not used to it.

A friend of mine thinks the Red Cross treats O negative blood like liquid gold because of its usefulness. I myself have O positive and my friend was disappointed that he was B positive.

I have a question:
If you had to choose to be any inanimate object in the entire world, what would it be?

And nice. I don't know how those types of topics are even stumbled upon, anymore.

Haha! My friends and I were just talking about eating bull p over lunch. It went like:
Friend 1: Is it hard?
Me: How could it be hard?
The one who ate: It's chewy.

From my point of view, I don't think that you're too open that we already know a lot about you, it's just hard to ask someone questions which would not offend or is too personal or which is totally lame.

Randy
The most important part of this entry is that you were eating pie and that I am extremely jealous. IM GOING TO EAT PIE ON THANKSGIVING DAMNIT...college has deprived me.

Oh, and astrobiology sounds quite fascinating. It's about the origins and evolution of life on earth and in the universe, as well as the search for life elsewhere in the galaxy. Pretty sweet!
» The-Muffin-Man on 2008-11-21 03:47:59

if you knew you were going to be locked away in solitary confinement and had one final request, assuming it could be anything at all, what would you request?

man, our dinner conversations went something like that just about every night. mine and my sister's friends have either loved our family dinners or they were scared of the side they were suddenly witnessing. either way, we always had fun
