A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness." ~ D.H. Lawrence "Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?" "Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost." ~ Seneca "People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect." ~ Daydream Nation "All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death." ~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes "The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road." ~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita "It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend." ~ William Blake Think about it Musicalities! Kill that boredom!

I had to look at colleges yesterday. It sucked. :/ I figured it would be best to look at colleges that accept lots of people. After all, low expectations = no letdowns. Plus my grades pretty much suck. Sometimes living here makes me want to just kill myself. I guess I could compete with all those straight A peers of mine, but I just don't have the motivation. It's just a vicious cycle, I guess. Grade drop -> depression -> no motivation -> grade drop etc. I learned that anger runs in my mom's side of the family a little while ago. So I have anger issues on one side and depression on the other. Isn't that just peachy? I'll... try to get around to uploading those pictures today.... 2 Comments. Any college is really good. People don't care that much as long as you're like, "I went to college! yippee!" Also you can lose and gain like 2-3 pounds just from water weight alone. So if you work out in a sauna for a half an hour, you can loose like 2 pounds, and then if you drink a gallon of water you can gain it all back. That's why body builders and models lay off the water right before a show. And R:C... you can imagine how much I can talk when I do have something to say. bwahaha. » Zanzibar on 2008-01-06 05:16:35 Meh I remember when I had to look at colleges. Now I just have to apply to them. Applying is most definitely more of a pain in the butt, trust me. You see, I always check "caucasian" when they ask for my ethnicity. I could put "asian" but then they'd think I was smart. Sorry Randy! Lol you don't have a loophole. All this talk of your straight-A peers reminds me that all of them are nerdy asian chilren. Gaaah move away as quickly as you can.... » The-Muffin-Man on 2008-01-07 04:25:37
