Tomorrow is the “weigh in” day for me. I’ll find out how much I’ve lost over the past week, and I’m a bit nervous like usual. I wanted to make a guestimate this week on how much I think I’ll lose, and I am going to vote for 6 pounds. Last week I lost 4 pounds which gave me a total of 34 lost.

Although I’m a little nervous, I am a bit excited too. It’s satisfying to see the product of the change in my eating habits and such. Hopefully I’ll keep losing until I get to my goal.
