It is a fence of course, a moving fence...
LOL but is a moveable fence that help to make the water flows during the flood. (Once upon a time, it was a flooding ground - turned into huge swimming pool, so without that, the water actually destroy the concrete fence)

sike, i barely like twitter. it keeps me up to date with what's going on with my mom, mostly, since she lives out of the country.

it's mostly my sister tweeting about the excessive amount of television she watches.

re: my twitter argument ends with the fact that i agree with you, because most people use twitter to follow celebrities to find out what kind of cereal they are having for breakfast.
