Interesting. If only they would add 4 inches of high-quality insulation to my apartment, then maybe we wouldn't have to kick on the furnace all the time. Not having giant holes around the windows might help, too. Too bad I don't pay for my own heat and therefore have no vested interest in making my house efficient. 6 Comments.
