More movies! And happy Easter
Sunday. 4.12.09 7:20 pm
Yes. I was goaded into seeing the Hannah Montana movie after practice with some of my team. It was a pretty humiliating experience, especially since I looked like a 6' 3" creeper sitting in the back of a theater full of 12 year-old girls and their parents. Not awesome. The one important thing I gleaned from this film, though, is that no one will recognize you if you throw on a blonde-colored wig and call yourself a different name! And plus there was a shoe fight with Tyra Banks (who is really good at acting, surprisingly). But that was the extent of the important things. You all know how I feel about Disney...

I watched Marley and Me with my girlfriend... it was a very wholesome movie that didn't really have a particular point I don't think, but it was very fun and I wasn't quite bored. But I cried, and I hate crying in front of other people...ugh. I like to think that I get it from my mother, who has a tendency to tear up at just about anything. This movie succeeded in doing two things:

1.) Making me cry
2.) Making me terrified of raising a family

And yet I can't say I didn't like it

We had a little Easter celebration...though anything with my mother's side of the family is never "little." She has 7 siblings, plus their spouses, plus their chilren...But it was all good fun, and I got a lot of candy from the egg hunt. That's right, I'm 18 and I still do the egg hunt . It just makes me really happy to see a family that's so close.

Happy Easter everyone! And I promise I'll stop doing these little movie reviews haha...Muffy over and out!

Do not try to bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead, try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

heh.
yep. kind of. usually if something is a big deal in our family, it's just referring to the siblings. haha. but, yeah. star wars is a big deal with us.

PS. Hah! I always did wonder how nobody in the Hannah Montana show could ever put it together. [not that I watch it... >_>] sadly, i do kind of want to see the movie. O.o

er
"put it together" meaning not figure out that hannah montana = plain girl person in disguise.

R:C
So you noticed that, huh? Well... it is pretty serious. I'm completely terrified about tomorrow because I will be on a mission to act completely indifferent around him while my heart attempts to burst out of my chest...

Blond and not-blond. Yes, a lot of actresses look different when they're blond and when they're not. Except for Nicole Kidman.. she pretty much look the same with her bright blue eyes.

Okay.. I shall not watch Marley and Me since it made you and a whole bunch of people I know cry. I don't like crying.

You crying is pretty amusing, but it would've been even funnier if you cried during the Hannah Montana movie. :P

That's what I like about holidays: familyness
When I saw the trailer for HM, I almost wanted to watch it until I realized it was about her adapting to farmlife, or whatever. I've already seen enough things with "miss priss gets thrown onto farm and tries to adapt whilst silly things happen to silly picky girl" stuff. meh
but the Tyra Banks scene looked hilarious. I'll watch it when it comes out on DVD for that bit.

I hate crying in front of people, too. That's probably why I am still kind of reluctant to watch Marley & Me. I will probably give in eventually...

And I would have done an easter egg hunt if my mom would have bothered doing it. But I'd rather get candy on sale today, though. Don't really like eggs a whole lot...

RE: Rumors
Yeah, I'm thinking my boss wouldn't like my excuses for not doing anything either. LOL. It would be interesting to see if I could get away with it though. Thank you for welcoming me. I think I'm going to like it here. Take care.

haha, sorry. I had to laugh at you being forced into seeing Hannah Montana. I used to watch the show, and actually enjoyed it, until it got blown up and went way out of proportion. I refuse to see it now. Twilight, however, I might, might see ... eventually.

re: ha, there are actually quite a few cops that lurk the highways. I just happened to get lucky. *knocks on wood*
