GRR. I was just finishing my entry when Internet Explorer suddenly experienced an error, closed, and restarted before I could say "omfg."

ANYWAYS. What I was going to say before IE rudely interrupted me....I got my first pair of Chucks yesterday . It was an out-of-character decision for me, but I was bored and ready to try something new. I've always been one to jump on the bandwagon a little late. It'll be a bit before I get used to the flat sole, but I like 'em .

My current musical obsession is on the left. I listened to the song all the way back from Lake Chelan, and it is a beautiful thing. There hasn't been another band, aside from Motion City, that I have ever wanted to see in concert...but the music these guys make runs off pure energy, and I love the feeling. [For some reason the clip only plays part of the song, to hear the whole thing click on box]

Lately I've been a little bit apprehensive about who I'm becoming. I broke out of my shell this year, and for that I am sooo thankful...but in a way it worries me. I'm less apt to take crap from people, but sometimes I feel like I don't know where the line is. Am I standing up for myself or am I overreacting and just being an asshole? The same goes for modesty. Am I displaying my talents or just being an arrogant showoff? I guess my identity isn't whole yet, which is something college can hopefully fix.

Shoot, it's sunny and I'm holed up in my room. On the computer, as always. I need to go jump rope or something, get out in the sun a little. Good day Nutang, Muffy over and out!

THank you! I was able to download it..but I have to convert. It's not an flv file... I was able to download some free program that converts the flv file to something like avi or mpg...but it only does like 60%. But thanks a lot! I just needed the first few seconds which I was able to convert.

Chucks? Well a person's identity is found through the passage of time. Be free to experiment and see which you are more comfortable with. Who knows if you would create something uniquely Muffy.

my sister loves Chucks. she wants to find a new pair cuz the ones she has she's run into the ground. but she's had them for quite a few years so it would make sense that they're worn.

I probably wouldn't be as prejudiced towards the sun if it wasn't so flipping hot. then again, I don't think I've ever been a fan of the sun so who knows ... lol.

well majoring in biochem. the only reason I want a minor in music is because I understand music and it doesn't make me go crazy. I guess it's kind of an odd combo. My friend's a mechanical engineer and she wants to minor in english. idk... I never really thought it was weird to want to minor in music.

i rarely wear shoes.. just sandals, but oddly enough, i have to wear shoes during the SUMMER of all seasons.. so I turn to my dear ol' chucks :D

and enjoy this summer! treasure it forever! If you think about it, this'll be the only summer where you don't have to do anything. All summers after this, you'll either be doing summer school and/or working. After college, you'll be working! it just never ends! ahhhh~~ haha, so enjoy the summer :)

I remember when chucks weren't cool...I've always worn them though as I have VERRYY flat feet. The kind the military would have balked once upon a time. Chucks are my best friend. Especially the ones I wore to my senior prom..
