Operation Black March

Have you guys heard of this? What are your thoughts? I pretty much only watch movies in the theaters and download movies every week. Also, this list didn't say that we cannot download movies so I guess I'm in if that's the case. Although I do have a lot of movies stored up to last me the month but I don't like choosing to not watch a new episode of How I Met Your Mother when it is out there for me to get.

While I don't like the idea of internet censorship, I also don't quite know like how the person to created this ended the whole thing. It's not to be done out of sympathy and out of context, if it is about internet censorship, it should only be about that and not the fact that the owner of xyz website was prosecuted because of a pending act and that is also why we should support this. I also believe that that 'P/S' statement is false when it comes to the NZ law. While it is an aftereffect if the act comes to play but it is quite a minor one if compared to not being able to get into websites that is considered to have "illegal" copyrighted materials.

Hm, I had only heard about websites blacking out in protest of ACTA. I'm not sure if this covers magazine subscriptions, though, or just buying them as single issues...?

I support this I guess, although I don't buy/download stuff that much anyway. It seems like it would be hard to get that many people on board for it...

YES!! In America, they're playing the Christmas special as the series finale. (Of course I've already watched it all online, but I'm still watching it along with the rest of America, too.)

Whoa. I never knew megaupload was not a U.S. site. Now I'm mad about the money-grabbing American corporations that are taking on the megaupload guys and trying to pass stupid stuff like SOPA/etc. >=(
