Ugh. I think I may be getting sick. I’ve felt crappy all day. Headache, fatigued, and I’m starting to feel as if I have a fever. God I hope I don’t get the flu. I can’t afford to miss work right now. Need to save money for when we move.

On a side note, I think I’ve decided what I want to do with my charity website. I think I’m going to focus on families of cancer patients. I was reading through some of my mom’s journals from ten years back, and it just amazed me the things that I never knew about when I was a kid. So much was going on that my siblings and I never even paid attention to. Financial struggles that our parents never let us know about.

Cancer is hard enough on a family without them also having to worry about bills and spending quality time together.

Another Hoobastank song. This is Crawling in the Dark.

I’ve just recently started playing lotto scratchers in the last couple of days, and it occurred to me that they’d make pretty good stocking stuffers. I know in my family, as my brother and sister and I are reaching the age where you can’t just fill the stocking with candy and such anymore, lotto scratchers are a perfect stocking stuffer. They’re cheap (a dollar a pop) and you have a chance to win some money. And everyone likes winning money. I won $25 on a scratcher today.

There’s not much else to talk about. I’ve been doing a lot of “make money online” stuff. Ever since I opened a savings account I’ve been looking for ways to make extra money. Most of them are pretty slow but hey, they don’t really require a lot of work. Clickity clickity mostly.

Hopefully Jenn and I will be moving soon. Keep your fingers crossed. Two interested buyers that we’re praying will get into a bidding war. That would be nice. Only part of moving I don’t look forward to is having to find another job. I look forward to the extra money I’ll probably be making, but I hate looking for jobs. I suck at it. I need to work on my resume...
