Made in Malaysia
Sunday. 1.24.16 7:51 am
I was gonna write a long ass piece about how goods made in Malaysia is usually much more expensive yet with average to bad quality but that was a few days ago...

All I'm going to say is...

I was doing a routine check of how much frequent flier points I'd get if I were to convert them from my collection credit card points. Did some calculations and realised that I could get 4k more frequent flier points if I were to convert to Singapore Airlines' frequent flier program. Not only that, it would cost me less credit card points too!! The Malaysian national air carrier (amongst other things made in Malaysia) is making it so difficult for people who genuinely want to support them. *roll eyes*

I don't sit on a gold mine!

2015 recap
Tuesday. 12.15.15 9:00 am
I've disappeared, I know and I hope everyone is well while I'm away.

Today was one of the days where I feel like this job isn't worth all that I've lost this year, all that I nearly lost and all that I might be lose.

The year started well... then it went downhill... Still 3 times to Japan this year is an accomplishment, not having killed anyone is an accomplishment, somehow I believe that I have leveled up when it comes to being patient is an accomplishment and... being okay with having the whole of next year being rather fluid is an accomplishment.

Till next time, take care of yourselves!

Chocolate Stash
Saturday. 2.7.15 11:37 pm
I have been having this massive chocolate stash in my fridge since October last year. Most of them are bought by me.. but today, I realise that a third of my chocolate stash are actually animal shaped. We have a sheep (that has been there for a year or so), a chocolate frog and a bunch of seahorses. Two out of three of these animals are bought for me by the best friend. I have yet to figure out how the eat the sheep.. and the chocolate frog is actually massive (I don't remember it being that big in Harry Potter). The seahorses are the easiest to finish... which is why we only have a box left out of 4 boxes.

Currently eating Giotto, a product of Ferrero that she bought me. It's like mini ferrero rocher only minus the chocolate coating. It is nice.. and as always, she buys me the ones with hazelnut. So while I continue my cannibalistic actions, I hope you guys have a good Sunday.

Singing Along
Saturday. 12.13.14 8:39 am
to the Christmas song played at the grocery store earlier today and this bunch of Chinkies were laughing at me! I mean, what's your problem really? It's a free country and even if I'm slightly loud, the store is like empty so I'm not really disturbing anyone's peace now am I? Chinks!

I've been busy...
Thursday. 11.27.14 10:54 am
... travelling my own country for a client and work in general. Which makes me really lazy when I am not working and really just want to sleep. Malaysia isn't a big country but it really is just inconvenient to travel around just for a look-see without a car. I am now glad to say that the only are in Malaysia that I have yet to step foot on is the east cost of the peninsular. I need to plan a trip there.

I also was in Indonesia for the first time in my life last October. I was at the new hotspot for beaches/snorkeling/diving - Lombok! It's a really beautiful place, about an hour or two east of Bali and I really want to go back there.

I am absolutely in love with my Burberry perfume and my hands are itching to get a Fendi 2Jour handbag. My iPhone charger seem to be rather cranky as of late and I cannot wait till Christmas cause that is when I am on leave next.

That pretty much sums up how things are..... I hope you guys are well and I will make time to do some keeping up with the 'Tangers!

Friday. 5.23.14 10:24 am
I was recently added into a writer's group where we were given a theme each month and we are free to write whatever we want. This is the second one I wrote for this theme but I'm going to post it here instead.

Sometimes a relationship can only move forward when you stop preventing it from moving
Sometimes you need to take the risk to establish if it is what you think it is
You give the impression that your resolve will not waiver - I've seen it flicker like a candle in the wind
You give the impression that you cannot be disturbed - I've learned to recognise when you are
You will let people in but only within the parameters of your conscious being
