Bob Barker is finally retiring. (I really hope I'm not dating myself here, but he's the host of the Price is Right.)

Here's what the old goon had to say:
"I will be 83 years old on December 12," he said, "and I've decided to retire while I'm still young."

Apparently, from that quote, he is already senile. If he thinks he's young, I hate to see what he looks like by the time he considers himself to be old.

I just hope he realizes how old he is before he forgets about saying this:

"I refuse to do nude scenes. These Hollywood producers want to capitalize on my obvious sexuality, but I don't want to be just another beautiful body."

ahahahaha insanefishy & dave. i saw him the other day on tv, and i was like WOW is he ever gonna retire? these are NEW episodes? ahahaha.

my dad was like he's been on ever since I was a kid too. ahahaha.

well good, maybe he'll go use his budgeting abilities and get that the price is right to take a vacation to the bahamas himself or something

LOL He probably means that he's young at heart, like the American Bandstand guy (I foget his name). People call him the oldest teenager in the world. XD

This is the first that I've heard of Bob's retirement. I'm so surprised because he's been on for so long.

I know. I've been watching him since I was... umm... I guess born. o_o

If you look at him now and his reruns seriously he hasn't aged a whole lot. It's a little scary.

That's crazy that he's finally announced his retirement. I was a religious watcher {according to my mom} ever since I was too young to remember. I can't really watch it now cuz I work, but I still love watching that show when I can.

Wow, he is young! He shouldn't get retirement benefits! Go work at Walmart instead!

He should have finished his sentence with "while I still feel young."
That would have been more appropriate, I think.

They will [probably] have less 18-year-old girls jumping up and down, kissing the host, just for "coming on down". haha XD

He's always looked old to me.. but who's gonna run The Price Is Right if Bob Barker retires... Adam Sandler? Kirei.. Do you mean Dick Clark??

Do you know how many face lifts that guy has had already?? I mean honestly! He still kisses the guests and they go up to their spot. As if it is even WORTH anything anymore. I mean the women that assist him are grandmas too! LOL! Yeah Bob, do it while you are young, while you can still ENJOY life!
