Tonight I’m going to the store to get a phone card for my phone. If I don’t get $20 added to my phone, my phone will be shut off [after the 2nd]. I have to admit, I like having a prepaid phone that way if I don’t have any money I don’t have to worry about any added fee’s. Not to mention, as I’ve found out, the texting and internet costs for my phone is a lot cheaper than some plans I’ve heard about. Texting is 5 cents per text, and $5 for 30 days of internet on my phone.

Sometimes I wish their was a person I could hire to potty train my child for me. No, really. Because she loves to sit on the potty. She even pulls down her own pull up before sitting. Yet she doesn’t do anything. She waits until her pull up is back up and then she’ll pee. Know what would be even better? If their was this switch I could push that would magically make her potty trained.

Yesterday was my mom’s birthday. Now it is August. We are getting closer and closer to the day that mom has to have back surgery. Honestly I am not looking forward to that day because of the drive. I will have to get up at 4 am to have Aubree and I ready to go at 5, then I have to drive back. It is an hour drive on the freeway. I hate driving on the freeway. I like the idea of driving to Fort Wayne even less. It is always so crowded and hard to get around that place.

I have to make this a fast 100 words. I have a lot to do tonight and not enough time. Not to mention, the idea of falling asleep before 2 am sounds good. Although that doesn’t happen anyway. It would be nice if it would. I would like to go to bed at midnight like a normal person. Just, for some reason, my body says it’s wide awake up until then. When I do lay down before that I just lay there wide awake. It sucks. If I hadn’t had a kid, I’d be perfect for a 3rd shift job.

It is only 10 days until mom goes to Fort Wayne for surgery and I have to drive the distance. I think mom is looking forward to getting it done and over with. The drive has me nervous. Until now, the farthest I have driven was to Union City and that was mostly back roads. I am in luck, though. A friend of mine offered to stay the night that night and go with mom and I so he can ride with me back. Now I just wish I could fix the fact that I will be on the freeway.

Their was one heck of a storm early this morning. I could hear it while I was sleeping. It really cooled things off here which is nice. Especially after a string of hot days. It also means I don’t have to water my garden. Speaking of which, I need to go check it again when I get a chance to see how it is doing.

Yesterday I wrote about a plus size dating site, so I thought I’d go join as well and check it out. Turns out the closest person under 30 is over 50 miles away. That sucks.
