Moonlight Resonanace (Friday, September 26, 2008)

Yay~~ I've finally finished watching the drama series Moonlight Resonance (溏心風暴之家好月圓). Actually, I finished it on Tuesday (23/09/08) hehe.... It was nice drama. Typical of a series with happy ending. But I like it. It was a succesfull drama as the rating was good. It is an indirect sequel to 2007's award winning series, Heart of Greed (溏心風暴). But I have not watched this.

Moonlight Resonance features most of the original cast members in the indirect prequel. The series is written and edited by Cheung Wah Biu and Sit Ga Wah. The series is solely sponsored by Kee Wah Bakery. (Source: Wikipedia)

The story revolves around a family (Or you might say two as the husband divorce the first wife & married a second wife) that opens a bakery shop that sells traditional chinese cakes & biscuits. The main theme is mooncakes. As this series is directed to release during the time of Mid Autumn Festival or Monncake Festival. I think thats why it got high ratings (Not that the cast is not good). Just that the theme & the festival add up make a good strategy for success.

I like how they give their children their names in the series. Their names are 家、好、月、圓、慶、中、秋 (In that order except for the last one as they only have 6 children. The last one is of the second wife's child from her first marriage.) It means that a family is together to celebrate the mooncake fastival. So meaningful. I'm not good at giving synopsis, so if anyone is curious to know you can go here.

Low Blood Pressure (Thursday, September 25, 2008)

I was on the LRT getting to my work place. Suddenly my vision is got blured. I thought maybe it was nothing. So, I ignore it & continue my ride on the train. But as th etrain moves on, my vision got more blur. Then my ears started to got blocked. The sound & other people's voices are getting softer & softer. That's when I decided to get off the train. So, I waited for the train to stop at a station & I tried to get off as quikly as I could. Then I sat on a bench which are available at the station. I sat there for about 5 minutes I think (not sure coz I don't wear a watch & I did not look at my hp). Anyway then I have a feeling that I wanted to vomit. So I got up & headed towards the lift. But then when I got into the lift I stated to black out again. Luckily I still manage to hold on & manage to find the toilet. I was in there for quite a long time. Maybe around 15 minutes. But not vomitting, just sat on the toilet bowl. Sigh.... I was having cold sweat as well. After I thought that I can manage to walk, then I got back to the platform & took the next train towards Wangsa Maju. When I reached Wangsa Maju, I went straight to the clinic. Doctor said that I have low blood pressure. He told me my measurement was 100/60 mmHg. For most individuals, a healthy blood pressure ranges from 90/60 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg. So, I took the day off as well, in addition to yesterday's sick leave.

The Flu Bug Got Me (Monday, September 22, 2008)

Every now & then, I need get the tissue. Probably because its air-conditioned, so its cold. But when I got back home it became quite ok. Not so runny anymore. Now I'm considering whether I want to take a sick leave for tomorrow or not. I'll see how the condition is first then decide.

Dear IT Support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a slow down in the overall performance, particularly in the flower, gifts and jewellery applications that had operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 un-installed many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, but installed undesirable programs such as Formula One 5.0, NBA 3.0 and World Cup 2.0.

And now Conversation 8.0 no longer runs and House Cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.

I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What can I do?

Signed,
Desperate Housewife

REPLY:

Dear Desperate Housewife,

First keep in mind: Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Try entering the command C:\ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and download Tears 6.2 to install Guilt 3.0.

If all works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Late Night Teh Tarik 6.1.

Late Night 6.1 is a very bad program that will create SnoringLoudly.wav files.
Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-Law 1.0 or reinstall another Boyfriend program. These are not supported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have a limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.

You might consider additional software to improve memory and performance.
I personally recommend Hot Tasty Food 3.0 and Tongkat Ali 6.9 (*For those who don’t understand, it’s similar to viagra).

Good Luck,
IT Support
