So I applied at a credit union. I'm tired of this bank. They will give me more money, or lose me as an employee.

I wish I could make the same threat to my company. but since I'm only a contract security guard, if I complained too much about the post I'm at, the company that's holding the contract will just get rid of me. the fact that this is a right to work state probably doesn't help much either.
