i'm on the verge of loss in my NWF battle against lyndeep. oh well, that's okay. it was the most fun i've had in awhile.

if anyone thinks of other video challenges for the NWF, then let me know!

so i went to customer service training yesterday. for whatever reason, all of the CSRs around maryland had to go to it, even though most of us have been doing it for years. lamesauce. i pretty much sat most of the day on facebook or nutang. but what's new? i practically do that every day.

i set up most of the walkthroughs for the training anyway. i'm not sure why i had to attend.

when the trainer walked away to talk to our regional manager, i taught the CSRs some stuff so we could move it along quicker. we ended up leaving work around 230. sweet.

i've been breaking out in hives lately, and i think it's because of the detergent that i used. stupid detergent. benadryl ftw. it makes me sleepy, though.

I didn't know you lived in maryland, I hate maryland lol. What detergent were you using? All free and clear and Arm and Hammer sensitive is really good for allergy prone people.
