Lost touch with blogging ;S

Perhaps it's my research study report whereby i have to type a report consisting 8000-10000 words which made me resented typing so much. Seriously, whenever i get to have a lil break in between the typing, i'll try all my best to avoid any contact with the keyboard.

Anyway i've submitted that damn report which cause me quite a lot of money:

More words = more a3 pages = more printing = more money = printing shop uncle very happy

i tell myself, all this better be worth it.

random stuff: someone in my family is going japan and i can't. Somehow it's making me feel teeny tiny weeny imbalance. I WANNA GO HOLIDAY AGAIN!!!!

but first i have to earn back the damage i did in Europe before any of my holiday plans proceed :(

Been travelling Europe for almost 1 and a half month! And today is my last night in Milan. I will be heading home sweet home tomorrow!

This long trip has been really fun and at the same time, it's super tiring! Especially times like we have to drag our luguages on the super bumpy stone road, squeezed our way thru the packed subway trains not to mention have to stay paranoid at all times of suspicious looking italians around us. Despite all these, most of the part are plain fun with the other four ;D

I really think that the 5 of us, Sam, Fancy, Sisi, Bryant and me can make a good team in the amazing race! thou we often sink into temptations (zara, h&m, Gucci, Burberry, kebabs, food and more food) still we stay united as a team, helping out one another all the time. Im happy that i've such great partners to travel with through this whole trip. Seriously without their well planning, i dont think that this trip can be successful. Our next big plan is to save money for Japan after graduation. Yes, we must do that guys!

This long trip has really been a fruitful trip for me. I've seen alot of places which i never though i get to see at the age of 22. Met the friendly people, the unfriendly ones, stayed in some nice hostel and hotel...not to mention some shitholes too, for instance my current hostel in milan. There's a bidet beside our bed!!! it makes no difference from a prison cell, still we managed to adapt.

Don't know when will i have the chance to go on such long trip again but really have to say that this whole trip has been one of the best moment in my life ;D

Not sure if you guys still remember me but i'll be reaching singapore on tuesday afternoon. Wont stop you guys from coming to the airport to help me out with my luggage seriously (check with ben for more of my flight details. lol)

So far our trip in italy hasnt been really a pleasant one.
It's not as nice as what we think it is. it's messy and people here arent that friendly too.

Yesterday, sam just lost a total of 300 euro and some pound in the hostel! and that's really bad cos we suspect it's someone living beside us who did it. Anyway we can't pursue any further as we did not have enough evidence to accuse them.

So today in order to help sam feel better, we decided to do some retail therapy.
haha..i know it dont sounds appropriate but it did help! We travelled to this town call Florence, where it consist of lotsa famous labels factory outlets selling at a extreme low price.

No kidding. Even me! got seduce by those labels.
First time i see gucci products lying around on the counter as if it's like some items in pasar marlum! The shop was practically full house! crazy or what?
(Sam did recovered from the mishap, he totally forget what happened after he see gucci right in front of him. lol)

Anyway I controlled myself really well. I didnt buy anything for myself instead i bought mummy her first gucci wallet :D

i really hope she wont scold me for spending money on label :P

Seriously after seeing people shopping like mad for labels like nobody business, i realised i might fall into the trap of labels! Right at this moment all my mind can think of is whether i should get a burbbery bag for myself! that's bad right????

Our whole impression of Spain is perfecto until this morning!

We are on our way to the barcelona airport to catch a flight to Italy. As usual the subways are rather complicated, u have to take green line to blue line, from blue line u take a purple line then u get to the airport, that sort of complications. So while figuring out which line we shd take to the airport, we caught some pickpockets attention. Lifts and escalators are what they are lacking in the subway stations, we have to carry 20+kg luggages up and down the flight of stairs (lucky enough, we have sam and braynt)

While we are carrying the luggages, most of them are walkin in front and im behind carrying the lighter stuffs, WITH MY BAG SLING ON MY SHOULDER

I fucking swear thruout the whole trip, i did nt bring my bag with me, its either in the suitcase or me carrying in front of me as lotsa people warn us there are alot of pickpockets on the street. Today was the only time i sling it beside me and bad things happened. I felt my bag moving so i thought i must have bumped into something. Then i felt it moving again and something is going wrong as somehow i felt someone lifting my bag gently.

So, i turned around and i saw 2 guys taking my laptop out from my bag, RIGHT UNDER MY EYES! i was angry and terrified that lead to my first reaction...

i screamed, i snatched my laptop back and grabbed his fucking hand and i scream again. sounds funny ya? aint not. I shouted to the rest in front, sam was braved enough to dash up and grabbed another guys arm. All of us started shouting, call the police! in the end no one help, the passerby just walk pass us.

those pickpockets were too stupid. not only they tried to unzip my leather bag (slight movement can be easily felt) of all small things like wallet and phone, they chose to steal something so heavy. Who the fuck cant feel the difference? and upon catching them red handed, one of the guy dare to say that he was trying to pass the laptop to me cos i dropped it which is impossible cos i check my bag even 10 seconds making sure its zipped.

we did noticed them lookin at us when we are at the control station, never did i expect them to be pickpockets. Later on fancy told me that those guys actually targetted her first as one of them unbutton one of her coat pocket. While she was telling sam about it, they already heard me shouting. See how fast those bastards pickpockets can be? i still can remember their faces so vividly.

Its scary but funny at the same time cos all of us were making so much noise un the subway station. After this incident i swear we are double cautious with all our valuable stuffs. Never, never and NEVER carry sling bag again.

ps: Porter is a good quality bag. LOL. and i wish those 2 pickpockets get wrecked by a train.

It's Day 4 in Paris and so far this trip has been really fruitful ;D

We have been to alot of museums! First stop is non other than the Louvre, we had a hard time finding mona-lisa. And when we did, we were told to leave the museum from the nearest exit for our own safety reason -_- im not sure what happened but it seems like no one is doing that.

Anyway we were too tired to finish touring the whole museum, so we left to visit another famous museum, which is Musee de Orsay where they showcase the famous paintings of Van Gogh and of cos lots more paintings from other famous painters and behind all the paintings, it has it's own interesting stories.

And Today we visited Chateau de Versailles. If you guys watch the movie Marie Antoniette, u prolly will know the story of the plac. I didnt catch the movie, but upon hearing the story from fancy, it sounds pretty interesting.

Our last stop of the day is at Moulin Rouge! Didnt went in to catch the play cos its super ex, instead we ended up visiting a sex museum around the corner of the street. I took alot of pictures! and will upload them really soon!

One good thing being a student here entitled us free entry to all museum. Each entry is ard 9euro, so actually we save pretty much! and of cos we must be under 26 in order to enjoy that. ( People and Pam, come visit paris before u hit the jackpot! lol)

Its 1.30am and im reallly tired from all the walking!
so i'm heading off to bed. nitey friends!
