I really want to forget him. How did you guys throw an ex-gf or ex-bf out of your brain window for good?

I feel like its really hard to forget someone until you've replaced them.

Permanently forgetting someone ain't gonna happen. One way or the other, you will still remember him. Maybe your dreams didn't happen to torture you, it could be that your brain is 'refiling' that 'file' into another part of your brain. Also, sometimes the best away to forget someone is not to dwell on the fact that somehow they popped back in your head.
