A few words
"When we describe the Moon as dead, we are describing the deadness in ourselves. When we find space so hideously void, we are describing our own unbearable emptiness." ~ D.H. Lawrence "Is the meaning of life defined by its duration? Or does life have a purpose so large that it doesn't have to be prolonged at any cost to preserve its meaning?" "Living is not good, but living well. The wise man, therefore, lives as well as he should, not as long as he can... He will always think of life in terms of quality not quantity... Dying early or late is of no relevance, dying well or ill is... even if it is true that while there is life there is hope, life is not to be bought at any cost." ~ Seneca "People will tell you nothing matters, the whole world's about to end soon anyway. Those people are looking at life the wrong way. I mean, things don't need to last forever to be perfect." ~ Daydream Nation "All Bette's stories have happy endings. That's because she knows where to stop. She's realized the real problem with stories-- if you keep them going long enough, they always end in death." ~ The Sandman: Preludes & Nocturnes "The road now stretched across open country, and it occurred to me - not by way of protest, not as a symbol, or anything like that, but merely as a novel experience - that since I had disregarded all laws of humanity, I might as well disregard the rules of traffic. So I crossed to the left side of the highway and checked the feeling, and the feeling was good. It was a pleasant diaphragmal melting, with elements of diffused tactility, all this enhanced by the thought that nothing could be nearer to the elimination of basic physical laws than deliberately driving on the wrong site of the road." ~ Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita "It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend." ~ William Blake Think about it Musicalities! Kill that boredom!

In Lit the teacher was talking about mistakes in people's essays. One of them was "foreign lovers are described as being bashful and conservative". This led him to discuss Pepe le Peu *is that how you spell it?* and Italy. He explained to us that when walking down a street in Italy, one must be careful or one will get one's butt pinched if one is female. In Chem the annoying boy behind me poked me until I turned around, then said "you have nasty gum". I told him that he had been warned, but did he care? Noooooo.... In P.E. we had a written basketball test. I actually knew more than I realized... and I thought I was screwed before... :P After everyone was done the teacher said "Okay, now let's have a breakdancing competition! [boy's name], you go first!" (Yes, this is true.) The boy was too embarrassed to do anything though, so the teacher just dismissed us early. I just saw the weirdest ad... "It's a brand new year...." "Spend it with 39 half naked models!" W....t.....f.....? Anyway. 8 Comments. the comic is not funy! playdough can kill you! » Silver-dot- on 2007-03-02 05:53:04 probably 39 half naked WOMEN models...where are the men? » lazypuppy on 2007-03-02 06:09:26 I can go for the 39 half naked women models. » Dilated on 2007-03-02 06:20:04 those girls are freakishly tall check out that dude's face. he's so entertained with it's name. little hat and glasses. hahahahahaha » middaymoon on 2007-03-02 06:26:16 Pepé Le Pew Only half naked? Why bother. Might as well hang out with 19.5 fully nude models. » bluetopaz on 2007-03-02 07:00:36 I'm all for the 19.5 fully-nude female models proposal. Nonetheless, I would prefer that we round it up to 20 due to the inconvenience of dealing with half of a model. Speaking from experience, dealing with half of any human body is generally difficult. The macabre appearance of a legless female torso (or female legs without torso) would most likely have a mitigating effect on the other 19 fully-limbed models' attractiveness. Although I suppose that we wouldn't have to worry about bloodstains, as none of us would be wearing clothes anyway. » ManOfDarkSunglasses on 2007-03-02 07:45:56 I saw an ad saying "Less OMG and LOL and more MBA and GRE." But GRE's are for people who didn't graduate high school. I think it would make more sense if it said "SAT" he...heh... » feelthesound902 on 2007-03-02 09:10:13 I hated PE. I rarely participated, and the only reason I passed the class was cuz I aced the written final. That 'class' pissed me off. Thank the Lord I don't ever have to be in it again. » LostSoul13 on 2007-03-03 02:27:07
