Today’s been a long day. The lady at the health department told me that my blood pressure is too high and that I need to see a doctor. I told them that I don’t have health insurance so they got me set up on something for people who can not receive insurance through the state. It covers prescriptions, doctor visits and the urgent care.

I guess what I wrote yesterday never made it to being posted? So that means I have missed a day for the second time, ever. That really sucks. Oh well, I was really busy last night.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with planned parenthood. I am not really looking forward to it. I am because that means I can change my birth control, but I am not because that means I have to go through being weighed and having my blood pressure checked. Then I have to explain why I need changed from what I am on, etc. What’s worse is the doctor appointment I have on Friday. I hope I don’t have to see that grumpy old man again. The guy I saw was okay, the other guy he brought in was a real jerk.

My doctor’s appointment went alright today. I got the doctors note I needed so I can stay on the birth control I am already on.

I also bought some fuzzy yarn from big lots that’s $1 each. Much cheaper than walmart’s $3 each for the same thing. I am going to make a fuzzy pink scarf with it, once I am done with my blanket. I also bought a cross stitch that I’m going to make for a penpal of mine who had a baby boy. It’s of a giraffe and I’m going to stitch her son’s name on it.
