Hi guys and girls.... miss me? i think probably not since my traffic is getting worse once i stop updating or visiting... my internet connection sucks.. and im stuck with online gaming...

By the way, regarding the topic placed, erm.. the story was like that:

On a one fine weekend, Sunday, i decided to kick my butt out from the house, hence together with my auntie and her husband, along w their friend from australia as well as the daughter [J], we went to Queensbay mall.

The main reason for me to follow them [i dont usually do] was that i bored and im building friendship with [J], she is at the age of my younger brother however she is pretty mature than my younger bro.. muahhaa...

So her visit to Malaysia, mainly visiting her relative and bla, and to cut the story short, we actually doing some clothes shopping and we came into this shop name Elements, and [J] spotted a nice blouse... and wanted to purchase it, so she happily walked out from the shop to search for her mum, and while doing so, i'm there standing and looking at the display price tag of the mannequin stated that the blouse is RM69.00, so she was so happy and convince her mum, however, when we approach the sales girl, she was pointing at the blouse at the store and the price was RM79.00.

So as a future marketer as well as consumer, i kindly tell her that the price display by the mannequin was different from what you were offering, and she said, "Oh very sorry, we placed the price wrongly", so fine, and later after [J] tried on it and decided to purchase, her mum actually bring the blouse and have a look at the display price and demanded for RM69.00. and guess what, the shop keepers refused to offer us RM69.00 and insisted to charge RM79.00.

Okay is fine they wanted to charge RM79.00 but hello, when i pointed out the error, they dont even bother to change it, they still left it to be RM69.00, and after we left the shop, the price is still RM69.00....

this is what we said DECEIVING or FALSE ADVERTISING...... too bad in Malaysia, we customers do not have our rights to complain or if we do, no action will be taken. According to [J] in her country (aus) they will get sue because of this FALSE ADVERTISING..... see how they look at this matter as compared to our beloved country , Malaysia......

No offend, i still love Malaysia...

if i were u, i would just demand for the blouse on the mannequin because it's simply RM 69. why fight with the people until u feel like passing out? and then i will report to CAP. bwahahha

i usually do that in Kinokuniya. books there have different prices for the same book so i just dig for the cheapest price.

bwhahaha. it is of course unethical. u can/should/must report to Consumers Association Penang. don't play play with CAP, they r very eficient.
