In the end, what would you like the outcome to be? Have you thought about that?
I think it is important that you decide if you want this negative thought to reverberate in you. Look at your own post. Did you find the lecturer's thought echoing you? Did you want that to happen?

You can let this continue, or you can make a decision now. Will going to the lectures benefit you more than if you were to study by yourself during that time. You are right, defining these terms won't help in real world, but knowing how to apply them is critical.

You see, in the end, it's all up to you.

Causalien : thanks for ur advice, going to the lectures dont actually benefit you when u get stepped by them, but my uni system is not like what i practicing at ur country, the attendance count, if u dont go, u get barred from taking exam, then what is the point? whenever we give our ideas, our "Critical thinking" instead of get accepted by the lecturer we get pinalise, and u know what, we must give the answer exactly like what is written on their answer script, not that i want to live in this negative thought, but ever since i started school here in my country edu system, the norms is there, and the teachers, nor lecturers do not try hard to change it, instead they practice it. how i wish i dont need to attend the class and do home study, but we must, is a MUST do.
