I’m officially free from the association that I worked for a month, it can be a good and a bad things.

However today I do not wanted to blog about my work instead, I felt shameful towards our own human race. Their behavior really reflects them as stupid I know is harsh; however this incident that happen to me really pissed me off.

Today I went out with my elder brother to a participation store which my ex association work with. So there is this campaign, where we provide a recycling bin for the consumers to dispose unused or extra plastic bags.

And at the recycling bin itself, there is a sign stated that “Do not dispose rubbish, is for plastics only”. However what happen was, there was this lady, hand holding a paper cup from McD, and wanted to dispose the paper cup, instead of dispose it at the rubbish bin near by, she walked to the plastic recycling bin, have a look (I bet she was reading the msg) and without a min, she threw the paper cup (with water and ice) into the plastic bags recycling bin.

Hello, are you illiterate? Can’t she understand a simple language that wrote on the bin, why must she show the stupidity of doing something so dumb?

And worse, long ago, when our country have this recycling bin with different color coding, I dare not touch the bin, not because there were ghosts inside, but the bins were so smelly, people here don’t throw accordingly, when they see bins, they throw rubbish, not separate it accordingly. You can see left over food in bins for paper only.

I bet she can’t survive in Germany if she throws without thinking. Today when I was attending an interview (and waited for 1.30 hours) and came across an articles stating how Germany recycle, they have separate bins for different items.

Which if not mistaken Malaysia will be implementing this act soon, which will take 1 year to educate before imposing any fine (might not be sure yet, since is in the planning stage – I get this info during the ES&H conference I attended)

Haih what Prime Minister said was so true “"first-class infrastructure, third-class mentality".

So please, do ur part, don’t throw rubbish in the plastic bags recycling bins. Is sickening to see rubbish instead of plastics (although I no longer work there, but as part of the member once upon a time really make me feel sick and as part of human , I felt very sick with the bhv).
