Knock me out of the water.
Monday. 2.11.08 7:54 pm
Mum let me borrow some of Dad's stuff, and I've got one of his journals. This one tells his impressions (political, social, religious) of his trips to Egypt and Istanbul.

He writes in all caps, but in a good way. I think I already knew that, actually.

Hmm. I usually keep this junk to myself. Guess the keyboard was just handy.

As far as missing him goes, this journal is way better than the camera gear. I need more. I want to know how he thought. Maybe see where I'm headed in life.

Everyone says I act like him. I certainly look like him.

I'll go find more stuff.

Well... glad you have something to reference if you want to be like him...

Death and taxes indeed.
As far as growing up goes? If you have the choice, choose the long term plan.

That's not the reason I'm not eating gummies anymore. I'm vegetarian. My choice is not to eat products from dead animals (Fish excluded). Gelatin is made from dead animals...

Wow
That would be an amazing thing to have. I wish my dad was more keen on keeping a journal of some kind. I might be able to figure out his illogic that way...

On a scale from one to ten, how sensitive is this subject? I don't want to pry with the wrong questions....

Indeed
Having a good jumper helps, but when it all comes down to it, the turners are the most important. Theoretically, if there's a margin of space big enough for the rope to pass under, the turners should be able to make it. That's not factoring in all the turner-involvement tricks that have the turner jumping the rope as well.

Lol YES, that was me at the end, my leg gave out and I screwed it up. It was a decent recover, but the turners screwed the hand jumps into my aerial :( Alas...

Anyhow, I was going to ask if your dad had passed away or if your parents are just divorced?

Eh, I'm vegetarian partially because the thought of eating meat bothers me (but I literally cannot stomach tofu so I have to eat fish) and partially because I don't like the taste of most meats.

I know a lot of people are vegetarian because of ethical reasons, but that's not the main factor for me...

Besides, there's no way I'm switching back.

Thanks for the suggestion! They had some pretty interesting matches. [:

I just scare all the boys away.. I don't know why. Maybe I'm just not cool enough. Haha.

I did sound whiny in my entry didn't I? Hahah. Oh well. I'm allowed to whine once in a while.

Well, I'm not exactly vegetarian, but I'm not exactly vegan. I eat fish, but I don't eat things from other dead animals if I can helpt it.
