Where is the strangest place you ever met someone? I am working on meeting more people and I thought this might be an interesting question to know the answer to. I guess I should say mine... the strangest place that I met someone was on the end of bus route in the middle of nowhere... but I don't know them anymore.

i would say toilet. i remembered meetin my friend whom i graduated with and have not seen for one year since no one knew i came home for good in kuala lumpur from new zealand and i ended up having an imprompty reunion in the toilet of a theatre right in the middle of kuala lumpur.

haha all of my cool meeting people stories start at the bar, which is really not a strange place to meet people, but somehow i manage to make it strange. :P one time i met this guy at the bar and gave him my phone number, and the next day he called and invited me to his friends' party. against all common sense, i went with the guy i had just met to this house like an hour away with a bunch of other people i didn't know at all... but they all turned out to be so cool, i'm glad i stupidly agreed to go. another time i was supposed to meet up with this guy at a bar and he never showed. normally i would have just left, but for some reason i decided to stay and talk to the bartender and a bunch of half-drunk redneck guys, and the bartender and i are still friends.

i guess my advice for meeting people is to take some risks and do stuff you wouldn't normally do.

I had my first kiss in a parking lot in Nashville. I'd talked earlier in the day to a guy selling hotdogs and soda from a small stand ont he sidewalk. He asked me for a drink after work, and I ended up spending most of my week there in that parking lot. He was my first kiss, and while I may have been a late bloomer at almost 18...I have a great story. ;)
