A funny, from training yesterday.
I'm sure everyone's gotten the newest spam-virus emails, the "You've received a e-card from [Family Member]!" that then say "[Family Member] has sent you an e-card ..."
Someone actually clicked on one of those. I don't quite understand how you can click on it, because usually it will tell you the person's name, and after a while, someone will say "oh did you get the card I sent you?".
This is going to be fun...ish.
I decided not to go in to train today, as when I was going to go, it started thundering, and I don't like thunder at all. Also, I don't know if my accounts are all set up, so the most I'd be doing is sitting and listening in on calls. I've got 13 more to listen in on, so I'll be busy for a while. Then I get to make 15 of my own. Wheee.
Oh, I've got my number, I'm 02! Yeah!
Hm, I haven't seen that virus email.

I haven't seen that one yet. But no one sends me e-cards ever, and I never read them...
thanks for the head's up, though.

I've seen that one and it said from an ex-classmate.. I did click on it but I'm not sure if I got a virus from it because hotmail stated that it contains harmful content so I deleted it. I hope I didnt catch a virus from that because my anti-viruses are not showing that I've picked up anything..

I must be uncool in the virus world, because I haven't gotten that virus email yet. Or my spam filter is working.

Thanks for both of your comments. I think the cop had an different motive for pulling me over. The old plate on the car was going to expire in 3 days because mom hadn't gotten a chance to put the new one on yet. So I think he was suspecting it was expired and trying to get me for that. I put the new plate on myself when I came home after he let me go.
As for the jerk telemarketer, I seriously considered calling back the number he'd left a couple days before but changed my mind. I would love to get him fired, but if all I have is the number to his desk, he'd probably hang up on me again over getting me his supervisor. If he ever calls back looking for me to give my dad a message for him, again, I will politely demand to be put through to his supervisor though.
