So Dave and I took Maus out to set it free.

We went waaaay out by mini-jen's, and found a small cul-de-sac.

There was a truck that followed us, and made an exit to the main road. (Note the word made, there was no paved exit)

When I looked in the basket, Maus was perched on the edge of the bowl.

We tipped over the basket, Maus warily came out, and hid under the basket.

So we chased Maus up the street until it hid under some wood planks.

Silly Maus.

I have learned one thing:

Don't give a captured mouse water, it will piss EVERYWHERE.

Okay, more than one thing: Mice run slowly. We were able to catch up to Maus as it scurried up the hill.

Well dwarf hamsters run fast.... ours is starting to look more and more like a mouse though. :P
