J'avais annonc�e que j'allais �crire une entr�e au sujet du salon BD d'Auvers-sur-Oise qui s'est tenu le 4 et 5 Avril 2009 et o� j'�tais pr�sente pour d�dicacer mon livre jeunesse bilingue "Red Jim",



paru chez Tartamudo. Et bien, j'ai finalement trouv� le temps de faire la chronique de cet �v�nement ici m�me.

Auvers-sur-Oise est connue pour �tre la ville o� d�c�da Vincent Van Gogh, le grand peintre impressioniste qu'on ne pr�sente plus...(la maison ou il v�cut ses derniers jours a �t� pr�serv�e, comme une grande partie du quartier de l'�poque d'ailleurs). Il est d'ailleurs surprenant de constater le caract�re d�cid�ment champ�tre et campagnard de l'endroit, qui se trouve au nord de Paris, � seulement 40 minutes de trajet en train depuis Gare du Nord.

Mais la ville est aussi connue pour son Salon BD, organis� depuis 6 ans maintenant par des passionn�s du Neuvieme Art. Des passionn�s si il en est, qui se sont mis litt�ralement en quatre pour nous accueillir et rendre notre s�jour agr�able et inoubliable...

La liste des auteurs et dessinateurs pr�sents est visible sur leur site: j'ai pu ainsi rencontrer pour la premi�re fois Caza, dont je connaissais et appr�ciais les illustrations de science fiction virtuellement depuis un fort jeune �ge.
Doum�, qui m'a croqu� dans le plus simple appareil (ben oui, il est caricaturiste!) nous a aussi distrait et beaucoup amus� le dernier soir avec des caricatures et des blagues fracassantes.

D'autres auteurs et dessinateurs des �ditions Tartamudo �taient aussi visibles et pr�sents au festival: Jeff Baud, un v�t�ran du cin�ma d'animation � la voix rocailleuse et p�n�trante, pour le second tome des aventures de Domenico "Les Fr�res du Sommeil", Juan Maria Cordoba pour "Les Conquistadores" et en dernier mais non des moindres, Vinz El Tabanas pour "Le Miroir des Templiers". Jos� Jover lui-m�me nous a fait la gr�ce de venir nous rejoindre le samedi soir au restau o� nous �change�mes des histoires et anecdotes dont certaines, particuli�rement hilarantes et en rapport avec les fascicules de BD "Zembla", seront encore �voqu�es dans plusieures ann�es � venir

Mathieu Trabut qui est l'auteur de "Terre de son nom" (voir son site), chez Tartamudo, et qui �tait assis directement � c�t� de moi pendant la dur�e du Salon , a rendu ici un hommage distingu� � Henry, l'un des protagonistes de "Red Jim":


Outre "Red Jim" qui est d�j� sorti depuis belle lurette, je peux montrer ici, en avant-premi�re, deux pages extraites des "Animotards": je suis en train de travailler sur l'album num�ro 2 de cette joyeuse bande d'animaux anthropomorphes, loufoques d�jant�s de la moto , sur des sc�narii de Vincent Haudiquet.


Quelques histoires sont d'ailleurs destin�es � �tre pr�-publi�s dans "Moto Magazine": je vous tiendrai inform�s, amis lecteurs, de la date pr�cise.

Encore un grand merci aux organisateurs et au personel b�n�vole du salon BD d'Auvers-sur-Oise pour leur accueil chaleureux.
