I just discovered sneakerfiles.com like yesterday, and it is already one of my favorites sites to check out. Why is sneakerfiles.com my favorite website now? It's because this site has the latest sneaker information that is accurate. I've seen a lot of sites throw stuff on their site, and when you check it out at the store it didn't even exist. This site also is very helpful because it gives you the places you can actually go and purchase the sneakers your feeling at. fter sitting through about 3 hours of pure garbage, I was elated when Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker took home their Oscars. Jennifer won in the Best Supporting Actress category, while Forest Whitaker took it home in the Best Actor category. I’m a big fan of Forest and I’m glad he finally got his props from the acting world.

Here is the list of black Oscar winners from the past:

Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker are closing out Black History month with a bang. They won for Best Supporting Actress and Best Actor at last night's Oscars. I have all the red carpet pics over at YBF. Definitely a good look.





Was Eddie Murphy pissed because of last night's loss for Best Supporting Actor in Dreamgirls? A couple media folks who were at last night's Oscars say Eddie looked a bit heated when he lost and definitely got up and left the show after his category was announced. Damn Eddie. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to release Norbit ads during Oscar voting time like your producers advised you not to. Oh well...

Keyshia and Jeezy engaged? That's what the rumor mill is saying. The two have been saying they're not even a couple until recently. We've heard the rumors before but supposedly this time it's the real deal. Time will tell...



Rumor has it that Snoop (real name Felicia Pearson) from The Wire may be signing on to Tony Yayo's new label tentatively called Hollow Point Entertainment.

Throughout all the “drama” that has been swirling around DJ Drama lately. He’s still trucking forward with his solo project. His new song has leaked online, and ironically its called “Feds Takin Pictures”.

I’m not sure what I think about it. I know one thing is for sure, I am so damn sick and tired of these tracks being released with 50 rappers on the track. Back in the day when shit like that happened (i.e. Black Rob’s “Whoa Remix”) it was special because it was original. But now that it’s gone trendy, thanks to Fat Joe, and that damn “Lean Back-Remix”. So far this year we’ve heard The Game’s “One Blood” that had every rapper on the track. We also heard Outkast’s “Hollywood Divorce” which also featured like thirty rappers. And now this shit! Where is the originality???????????
