You could write him a note saying "As you know I'm moving soon and I don't know if I'll ever see you again but I just wanted to tell you something. Now, I don't expect you to feel the same way but I just want you to know that I like you more than a friend."?? And how is he different?? xoxxo

The note's a good idea.
But you could also write something like, "I need to talk to you about something before I move." It really depends on whether you want to say it to him personally or have him read it then ask you about it... Or you could give him the note at a time he wouldn't be able to say anything back to you. If he knows your number, I guess that wouldn't work, but if he doesn't... yeah. I guess that brings up the possibility that he could get your number from someone if you did that, also. But if he did, at least you'd know he liked you back, eh? (Sorry about that, I'm going to stop rambling now.)
