I was waiting for the bus today and this big tattooed guy in a pickup starting blasting Celebration by Kool and the Gang, and it made me so happy. His description might seem kinda unnecessary, but it was so awesome to see somebody messing with their prescribed image, you know? And plus it's a great song. I'm really easily excited, obviously  .Regional tournament this Saturday. Kinda nervous for no reason at all. The fact that I couldn't do my individual freestyle because of exhaustion prompted me to look into all of this dietary stuff and exercise science and junk, and it's actually pretty interesting. So now I'm trying balancing carb and protein intake and whatnot...I think it's working. Could be the whole placebo thing, though. Gotta increase my lactate threshold...and I promise that has nothing to do with milk even though it sounds like a breastfeeding mother. Not Muffy lol...definitely not Muffy...
