Hmm...Secret Santa. That's what we're doing next Sunday. Shuffle, shuffle in the paperbag and of all the people to choose from I get a Big Shot. First thought in my head:

What the heck am I gonna get her?!

Well, I googled Secret Santa under $5 (cuz that's the limit) and found Budget 101. Now I'm happy to say I have a present~~!

I am going to get her...
a teddy bear. No, no, don't open your mouth yet, with it comes a little note:

What I Learned about Life from my Teddy Bear
· Hugs are even better than chocolate.
· There's no such thing as too many kisses.
· One good cuddle can change a grumpy day.
· Love is supposed to wear out your fur a little.
· It's okay to let your inside stuffing show now and then.

And...a mug. No, no, it's not finished yet. Inside the mug is going to be a brownie mix with m&m's and pecans plus instructions. All she needs to do for a pick-me-up is add water and microwave for 1 minute.

So? Waddya think?

That's such a great idea!

I have to get a secret santa present too by next Monday and I was at a loss about what to get. I was gonna go to Pier 1 as they have a lot neat stuff that is under $10 (our limit), but I think I'm gonna check this website out when I get home to see if there's any ideas for stuff to make.

that's very nice of you; we were suggesting a Secret Santa up at work, but I'm thinking its not going to happen. We're all too cheap, haha.

And I'm getting the design with the outline. if ya need reminding as to what it looks like just go to blackfire. I'm looking so unbelievably forward to it.

I think it's a good idea. :) It's within the budget, it's something anyone would like...unless they don't like chocolate and it's a lot of different things. Even if she's not a brownie fan there's a mug or a bear. Something for everyone. :)
