I was so pissed last night that I actually exhausted myself to sleep last night. I didn't get the best sleep in the world, but I slept enough to make it feel sufficient for the shift. However, I took a solid 3 hour nap when I got home from work. I could have turned over and gone right back to sleep, but I knew that if that happened, I would be wide awake at 2am and with both jobs tomorrow {and for the next 4 days} I will need to get some kind of decent sleep all the way through until my alarm goes off.

Today at work was pretty much a typical Sunday. Tomorrow, I'm hoping, will be a typical Monday, but we'll see what happens.

I finally got off my lazy ass and washed some dishes so that I could cook up some couscous. Living off the broke man's diet of ramen noodles is great, but it gets real old, real fast. I want some kind of meat, but my $0.05 won't help much with that. Luckily I'll be so busy with work the next 4 days that I won't think much about whether I've had anything more than ramen to eat.

It's kind of crazy how quickly time flies when you don't have time to stop and think about it. I've been with Sam's for nearly 3 months already. My sister warned that when I get back from my vacation that I should ween myself slowly off having the second job because if I suddenly went from working 68 hours a week down to 40, I wouldn't know what to do with myself and I'd probably go crazy. So I'll probably cut it back to 55 hours a week. Or even go down to 60, which is what I originally signed up for. We'll see what happens.
