New phone! Friday. 8.23.13 8:01 pm I got the Samsung Galaxy S4 today. Jacob was nice enough to lend me the money so I'll be paying him back when I get the chance, but it's pretty awesome that I didn't have to wait. We were at the mall to get one for him and he figured since his paycheck was a lot more than normal, he could afford to get me one. It's super awesome to finally have a new phone. There are, however, a couple drawbacks. One, for some odd reason I can't get picture messages when the WiFi is on so that's kind of annoying, but whatever. It takes next to nothing to turn the WiFi off. Second, I had to start over, from the very beginning, of Jetpack Joyride and there's a lot of stuff I'm missing out on. It sucks so bad. I can still access it on my old phone, but it makes me sad that I couldn't just keep the stuff that I had available to me. I guess that's one thing that Apple has going for them ... you can transfer app information. It's too much to ask for a perfect phone so I knew there was bound to be a downfall somewhere. Aside from the trip to the mall and getting new phones, today was kind of a relaxing day. I slept until around 8:30 and laid in bed until 9. I didn't leave the house until around 11. After I dropped Jake off at work, I stopped at the bank and went over to the coffee shop to get some food and socialize. I came home around 4 and have been lounging around since. Tomorrow morning I'll probably get up whenever I wake up so that I can get my laundry done at a reasonable hour. I also have to work Sam's tomorrow evening so if I'm up early and stay awake the whole day, I'm more likely to sleep a little better once I get home for my regular shift on Sunday. At least that's the hope. Until tomorrow. . . 1 Comments. I didn't know you couldn't transfer app information on Android devices. I was always under the impression that you could. I've never tried, though... » randomjunk on 2013-08-24 03:44:06
