This will be rather short. Absolutely nothing of interest occurred today and nothing else is coming to mind that I would like to write about.

The weather has finally dipped below the 80s, but only just. It's starting to feel like how Seattle should feel like in the summer.

People are already setting off fireworks. They were setting them off last night as well. Too bad people don't set them all off early and run out on the 4th. Could you imagine a quiet, peaceful night after the major fireworks shows? A night where you're not being woken up every 30 minutes by people setting off even more fireworks? Yeah, I can't either. It'll never happen. Oh well. Twice a year, I think I can go without a decent night's sleep.

Alright, tomorrow is technically my Friday, but since I picked up an extra shift this week, it'll just be Thursday. The clinics will be closed for the holiday so the shift should go by rather quickly. Things will either be peaceful and calm or the shit will hit the fan. Either way, I'm hoping for a quick shift.
