You remember a couple months ago how I said that Mother Nature hadn't gotten the memo that Spring had started and it shouldn't be snowing 3 days in to it? Well, she got the memo and is reacting with some sarcasm: "you wanted warmer, fine, have hot."

It's 84 degrees outside right now. A full 20 degrees above 'average' for this time of year. It'll be this hot, possibly hotter, tomorrow as well. At least my fan blows cool air in my direction. I'll probably be buying another one sometime in the next week or so because I have a very strong feeling this will not be the last of the heat waves that we see.

The awkwardness between me and Jacob is still there. I can tell something is out of place with him, but he just keeps telling me he's tired. I think I'll leave him alone the next few days and wait till he's feeling better before I make any further attempts at a conversation. I hate the awkwardness.

I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow. I will be making a new variation on the stuffed biscuits. I'll be using turkey and ham and cheese as the filler. I want something a little less greasy and this will be a good solution. I may even get some pesto to add to it. I just thought of something. . . I can cook up spaghetti and use that as a filling! I wonder how that would taste. There are so many varieties I can use as a filling for the stuffed biscuits. I think I'll also stick with the mini ones because they're more bite sized, even after cooking.

That could be interesting, but I'd use a different shaped pasta if I were you. Like... small penne or rigatoni or something.

YES WHAT IS WITH THIS HEAT?? 65 degrees is okay, 85 is TOO HOT for this time of year. I'm worried this summer is gonna be a scorcher. We don't have AC either.

I ended up with a three tiered champagne cake, the bottom has cream cheese filler, the middle mixed berry and the top lemon. I AM EXCITED I WANT TO EAT THE WHOLE THING MYSELF.

Hmm... maybe diced chicken, chopped broccoli and cheese? Ooooo or diced chicken, spinach and cheese!! (I've been on a spinach and cheese kick lately haha)
