The wind is back. It stopped for a day. And now it's back. Dammit.

Anywho, my weekend was a nice one. I spent all of Friday doing exactly the nothing that I wanted to do. I had a friend over and he surprised me with an Easter basket filled with a bunch of candy that I like. So that was nice.

Jacob came over to hang out Friday night. Technically, since it was after midnight, it was Saturday when I left the apartment so my nothing Friday was still untouched. We went for a drive up the 95 North to just inside Indian Springs and then turned back around. He needed to get out for a little bit and since I like driving, I had no qualms. When we came back to my apartment, we settled in and watched the first few episodes of Castle, Season 1. I'm in love with that show. Seriously, it's amazing.

Saturday morning we slept in {well, he slept in; I was awake at 7:30} then got up around noon and went out to Subway. Came back, watched one more show on the DVD, then he had to leave for work. I hug out for about an hour, playing games on the computer and then decided to nap around 3. I only took an hour nap because I needed to shower before my sister and I went out. Got up, showered then called ma to see if she was home. She'd been bugging me about not seeing my sister and we needed to run the game plan as to what we're going to do when she goes into labor by her anyway.

Once we left ma's, we went back over to Wal-Mart and got some shopping done. We needed the ingredients for pretzel burgers. Very easy to make, cheap and tasty. After that, we had to stop at Albertson's for a few more things and then finally came back home. It was after 9 at this point. I didn't realize we had been out that late, but it wasn't a big deal. It's not like I had to work. My sister cooked dinner, we ate and then I waited patiently for 11 to come.

Jacob came back over after work, hung out for a while. I was so tired, though. I was acting all goofy. He hung out till maybe 3am, then went home. Just after I layed back down, I was pretty much out.

Today has consisted of exactly what I planned for it to consist of: clean out the back seat of my car, shower and do laundry. I never did find my memory card adapter. Oh well. I'd much rather spend time with Jacob and just borrow my sister's.

Overall, it was a good weekend. Simple, but nice. Now to just get the work week out of the way so that I can {hopefully} enjoy next weekend as well.

I think I'll echo randy's question, but in a more vibrant way: "what the heck are pretzel burgers??" Because I love giant pretzels and if it involves stuffing meat into them in any way I'M DOWN. gimme your recipe!
