I had faced serious problem recently.

The company I working with had made great changes which benefits a lot of our customers.

However, these changes involves a lot of back end tasks.

Two leaders also lack of communications.....instructions are not clear, double standards.....

Most jialat is lack of staffs. Leaders made no effort in covering staffs.....

I had feedback, but feedback againist me is I being negative. Less staffs working, more tasks back end. Monday, which is a peck day, I wondered how can I manage 2ml.

I want to quit but can't, need to save up. Be less responsible is againist my moral...made me stress....headache now. I hope my voice can be heard, but I don't want to backstab others to climb. I just want good for my staffs and customers....can't this work hand in hand?

Somethings I hope that I'm a magician or some who had special power to get things done..
